Unless stated otherwise, all transactions are in Australian currency (AUD).
Delivery Policy
Gano Vital delivers Australia-wide through Australia Post's eParcel system which allows orders to be tracked and traced at all points of delivery.
Please visit the Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ for parcel tracking or alternatively, contact us.
We strive to process and despatch your order by the close of next business day. Deliveries may take up to 7 days depending on your locality.
Deliveries will require a signature unless specified otherwise. If no one is present to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Gano Vital delivers internationally through Australia Post. International orders may take up to 14 days depending on your country.
The customer should be aware of any import restrictions prior to placing an order.
We will not refund any item that has been confiscated by customs. The customer will be responsible for any duties payable for the importation of the products ordered.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email supplied by you.
Refund PolicyAll Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of acceptance.
For unwanted goods, provided that the goods are unopened, Gano Vital will refund the cost of the goods less 10% restocking fee and shipping cost.
For incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within three working days of receipt of goods. Prior approval must be obtained from the Gano Vital before returning goods.
Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of Gano Vital.
